Absolutely terrible service said deliver before 12 but didnt arrive til 3.30. Called many times and was told transport was in town this was at 2.00.
MEANT TO BE SAME DAY PICK UP AND NEXT DAY DELIVERY. RECEIVED A CALL TO SAY THAT DUE TO A CLERICAL ERROR, PALLET WOULD NOT BE PICKED UP UNTIL NEST DAY. 30 MINUTES LATER, DRIVER PHONED TO ASK IF PALLET COULD BE PICKED UP THAT EVENING. SO I HAD TO LET PEOPLE KNOW THAT COURIER WAS COMING THAT DAY AFTER ALL. WAS THEN EXPECTING PALLET TO ARRIVE AT DESTINATION ON THURSDAY OR FRIDAY, BUT IT WAS NOT DELIVERED UNTIL THE MONDAY. PHONED NICHOLSON'S TO COMPLAIN AND WAS TOLD SOMEBODY WOULD CALL BE BACK. TWO WEEKS LATER, I AM STILL WAITING. THEREFORE, I WOULD RECOMMEND USING SOMEONE ELSE
Don't have a problem myself but read some of the reviews beforehand and was nearly put off then decided to find out for myself and they actually talk to me in nice manner and pay is good too for agency
Appalling. I've only left one star as there was no option to leave zero or better yet, minus stars for this extremely poor company. They infomed Lusso Stone that my returned sink wasn't ready for collection when it absolutely was and, did they contact me, nope - Lusso stone told me - they left me completely in the dark. They said that their courier came to the protperty but there was not sink to pick up - so why didn't they phone, why didn't they knock, why didn't they see a sink taped to a pallet on the drive in full view - becasue they didn't actually call when they said they would. Today l received a replacement click and clack waste from Nicolson Group Limited which l am assuming is the same company (waste was also from Lusso Stone) in a terrible state. The box was completely crushed to pieces, the waste was loose inside a flithy and flimsy posting bag. The delivery man was just as scruffy looking and didn't want to wait while l checked the package claiming there was no where to log any damage and he wouldn't be able to take it back if it there was a problem. I also beleive that the cigerette butt that l found on my doorstep was his too - lovley! I have contacted Lusso Stone and l would like to say that l absolutely would NOT recommend this company.
used Nicholsons for many years without any problems at all, always recommend them for pallet deliveries.
