10 attempts to get through finally told a doctor will call you back waited 6 hours then called into the practice to be told thay had rang me back twice ?? Not on my number.. then told to contact 111 if I need to be seen or try again tomorrow maybe someone can see you then not a good service !!

Slum doctors put me on meds and now have not sent them in my order delivery also chemist giving me double dose of what was prescribed the senile idiots
Have been with the practice for many years. Have always been very impressed and pleased. This is based purely on my experience. GPs, Nurses and Staff all fantastic.
Trying to get an appointment here is a joke, takes a very long time on redial to get through to reception. The amount of time you have to listen to the recorded message advising to hold the line then it cuts you off. This occasion wasn't as bad as previous it took 14 attempts and 15 mins. Service by the staff onsite is very good, if only they could sort the awful booking system.
