Top gym all around. The owner's just bought in a load of new top of the range equipment. Resistance machines, free weights and some cracking new cardio equipment. The personal trainers there range from champion MMA fighters, bodybuilders and the new classes and bootcamps they are doing for the ladies seems to be a huge hit.
Amazing ladies bootcamps! The gym has an incredible atmosphere and is very member-centric. The owner and staff go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and continuously invest back into the facility. You just don't get that in chain or council gyms.
