Called in on the of chance of a hair cut the couldn't have been more accommodating nice and friendly deffo going again well happy with the service
First time going to Vogue and I have to say I was not impressed. I originally wanted a hair cut and colour, tinted eyelashes, and gel nails for fingers and toes. I wanted everything done before I went on holiday so I contacted vogue a few weeks before and explained what I needed. First I was told that the beauty appointment and hair appointment would have to be on different days but it could all be done in time. I was then told by Connor that I needed to come in for a hair consultation first before I could book an appointment to get the hair done - bit odd but fair enough. However when I went for the consultation I was told that there were no available appointments in the timescale left before my holiday so I ended up having to go elsewhere in a rush because vogue had wasted my time. I still had the appointment for my nails and lashes booked though so I arrived on the day and was left standing at the desk for a good 5-10 minutes and nobody greeted me or asked me to take a seat. Eventually the person doing my treatments arrived, who did not introduce herself, and took me over to the nail area. The actual treatments were done reasonably well but I felt the nails were a little rushed and the atmosphere not very friendly. I won't be going back.
Fantastic salon had Connor cut my hair and it's amazing. Staff are so friendly and the cleanliness is second to none. I never knew there was a nail salon in there, absolutely love my nails and I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else now.
